Please read; completing your order means that you are in agreement to the terms and condition of this website. Yoni Harmony has the right to decline and/or disable accounts of users who have committed suspicious and fraudulent activities at any time. This terms and condition is subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY

Request for returns are accepted within seven (7) days from the time you receive your orders. When approved for returns, you have seven (7) days to mail the items back to us. After these time periods, we reserve the right to deny any returns.

The items return must still be in NEW and UNWORN condition, with its original tags and the packing slip. After receiving the items, you will be receiving a web store credit only; the credit will be in the original amount of the items, less the shipping cost. We reserve the right to deny return for any items are worn, show signs of abuse or not properly packed.

SHIPPING

All our items are made by hand and depending on your orders, it may take a week to ship your items. However, you can monitor the status of your order by contacting our customer support either by phone, chat (link), or email (official email address). Shipping is free for domestic US deliveries. For International Shipping charges please refer to your courier of choice.

If you have not received your orders in two (2) weeks, please contact us. We will make sure to help you monitor your order and answer any questions regarding your packages including shipping terminologies. Please do not wait for months to let us know of your shipping questions as it can lessen the probability of locating your orders for you. Usually it will take around five (5) business days to receive your items but note that we are not liable to delays that may be due to weather conditions, holidays, postal strikes, and any unforeseen events. Please be patient, we will work with you to find your items.

We are not responsible if your items are missing due to wrong entry in the address line and package
returned with failure of delivery due to multiple delivery attempts, wrong address information, refusal, and cancellations after an item is shipped. If however, the item got lost on the way back to us, it is not our responsibility to refund or replace your item. In the event that you enter the wrong address and the recipient has decided not to return or refuse the delivery, we are not responsible for the loss package.

We stand firmly by this policy, so make sure that you enter the address correctly.

LOST ITEMS

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will help you investigate and locate your items for you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once the proof of delivery is generated.

Please let us know if you have been having difficulties receiving mails in your area, so we can find suitable arrangements for you.

WRONG ITEM SENT

If you receive a wrong item, please notify us promptly and we will send you a return label by email. We will be more than glad to replace the item or give you refund after the receipt of the item sent.
