How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding US holidays and weekends. Any orders that fall on those days will be shipped the following business day.

How long does it take for my orders to get to me?
Orders are dispatched within five (5) working days after your payment is confirmed. At some cases, where your orders have to be customized, we will inform you of the additional number of days before the order is shipped. For USPS domestic ground services will take 7 – 10 business days depending on the address.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Yoni Harmony. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card.
Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Yoni Harmony or the carrier.

Currently, from our website we only ship to addresses within United States addresses only.

You will receive an email, together with your tracking number, to notify you that your orders are on its way to you.

How do I start with my online shopping?
For step-by-step shopping instructions, please see below;
1. When you found a Yoni Harmony piece that you love, please click on the button labelled “add to cart”, this will eventually add your product to your virtual cart in the website;
2. To make order changes, or edit your orders, or add maybe you have forgotten to add more complementing accessories to the one you have already added to your cart, please click the button labelled “edit cart.”
3. To remove a product, click on the button below the product that says “remove product”;
4. To add more product, check out some more awesome complement to what you have selected, simply click on the link that says “continue shopping”;
5. To pay for your orders, click the button labelled “checkout”;
6. When you click the “check out” button, you will be asked to provide payment details and other information to process your order.
You can provide this information by filling in the fields requested on your screen. All highlighted fields must be completed and please be mindful of the address you put in the address box. We respect your right to privacy and will only use all the information you have submitted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. (nice to add as a function): To shop with greater ease, register one-time to save all your details and the next time you shop with us, you wouldn’t have to fill out any information again;
How do I know if the item I want is in stock?
All of our Yoni Harmony piece are in stock unless you see “out-of-stock” indicated below the photo of the item. You may email us or leave your contact details and we will be more than glad to let you know once the item is available. In some remote cases that you have ordered an out of stock item, we will inform you via email right away and will gladly give you the availability date, or in the case that the item is discontinued, we will issue you a credit so that you can shop for an alternative item.
What is your “cancellation policy”?
Request for returns are accepted within seven (7) days from the time you receive your orders. When approved for returns, you have seven (7) days to mail the items back to us. After these time periods, we reserve the right to deny any returns. The items return must still be in NEW and UNWORN condition, with its original tags and the packing slip. After receiving the items, you will be receiving a web store credit only, the credit will be in the original amount of the items, less the shipping cost. We reserve the right to deny return for any items are worn, show signs of abuse or not properly packed.

How do I know that my order has been successful?
You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, Delta and Maestro. Please note that all payments are charged in US Dollars. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on the exchange rate at the time your bank processes the transaction.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses Secure Trading for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway.
Do you have any promotion codes?
At random, we issue promo codes and discounts to our valued customers. So make sure that you send us your email addresses and we will send you promo codes every now and then.
How do I use your promotion codes?
To use them, follow these steps;
1. Place your orders;
2. Proceed to check out;
3. Enter the promotion code inside the box that says “Promo Codes”, you may choose to type it or copy and paste it from the email you received.
4. Submit and it will automatically re-compute the final amount.

Do I need to register?
Although it is really encouraged to register with us (so you can get updates, new collections and random promotion codes), it is not mandatory. If you choose to register, we will retain your contact details which will be retrieved in your next visits.
But for security purposes, WE WILL NEVER RETAIN YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
